Fred Masters
Fred has been a member of the Board for over ten years and Board Chair for three. While now retired, Fred was a commercial real estate finance attorney, with a nation wide practice with a major Philadelphia law firm. Fred graduated with a BA in 1976 from Columbia College, Columbia University and received his law degree from the University of Virginia in 1979. Fred and his wife Diane reside in Center City, Philadelphia with an 8-year old Welsh Terrier named Sophie.

Margaret Rickard Rubinacci
Margaret Rickard Rubinacci, First Vice Chair of the Girls Inc. of Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey board, is a Director at pureIntegration, a business and technology consulting company. Margaret was a consultant at Accenture and a program manager at an international nonprofit, RENEW International. She is a cum laude graduate of Boston College.

Margaret joined the Girls Inc. board in 2014 and became Board First Vice Chair in 2017. She also serves as the Chair for the Girls Inc Board Development and Governance Committee. Beyond Girls Inc, Margaret also serves as an Executive Champion for the Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) Philadelphia Chapter and is a member of the Finance Council at St. Jude’s Parish in Chalfont, PA. Margaret currently resides in Chalfont, PA with her husband Scott, and 5-year-old twins, Abigail and Alexander.
